Role Overview

As a Power BI Developer, you will design and build enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards that turn complex cybersecurity, operational, and risk data into clear, executive-ready insights. You will be responsible for strengthening EVOCS's reporting standards and ensuring our clients' leadership teams have the trusted, real-time visibility they need to make confident decisions.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop enterprise Power BI dashboards
• Create executive-level cybersecurity, operational, and risk reporting
• Develop data models and reporting frameworks
• Support KPI and metric standardization
• Optimize Power BI performance and governance
• Implement role-based access controls and reporting security

What You Will Bring

The top candidate will have the following skills:

• 5+ years' experience in Power BI development and enterprise reporting
• Experience with Power BI Enterprise Administration; Data Modeling; Azure Data Lake; Microsoft Fabric; DAX; Executive Reporting
• A passion for turning raw data into visual stories decision-makers can trust
• Ability to design semantic models and reporting frameworks that scale across multiple business units
• An undying concern about data accuracy and the integrity of executive-facing metrics
• A willingness to iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills -- this is a client-facing role that involves frequent interaction via email, calls, and meetings

Ideally you have...

• A degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Ability to mentor other developers on Power BI and data modeling best practices

Pay Range $55—$75 USD
