This role helps coordinate the planning and execution of go-to-market initiatives and product launches across Portfolio Marketing. The Portfolio Marketing Operations, GTM Project Manager, Senior Associate supports project planning, timeline management, cross-functional coordination, and status tracking to help ensure launch and GTM work moves forward on time and with clear visibility. This position is based in Boston, MA and is a remote role. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Portfolio Marketing Strategy & Operations.
The Portfolio Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing athenahealth’s commercial go-to-market strategy. The Portfolio Marketing Operations team supports the people, systems, and operating cadences that help the broader team plan, prioritize, and execute go-to-market initiatives efficiently and with high quality. The team connects strategy to day-to-day delivery by maintaining intake, planning, tracking, reporting, and operating rhythms so that projects, launches, and strategic initiatives stay aligned to business needs. Team members partner closely with marketing, product, and business stakeholders to keep priorities visible, deadlines clear, and work moving in a coordinated way. The team also supports sprint cycles, workback planning, launch readiness, and cross-functional coordination to improve transparency and execution across Monday.com. In addition, the team contributes to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, strengthen documentation, and support adoption of tools and processes that improve consistency and operational visibility across the function.
In this role, the Senior Associate will support the planning and management of go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and related marketing workstreams. The work includes maintaining launch timelines, tracking deliverables, coordinating dependencies, and supporting communication across stakeholders so that work stays aligned and visible. The team serves as a coordination point across marketing, product, and business partners, which means this work requires strong organization, careful follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured way. Team members contribute to a dependable operating model by supporting planning cadences, documenting decisions, identifying risks or blockers, and helping keep work on schedule. They also help improve how launch and GTM work is managed by strengthening project organization, streamlining processes, and supporting consistent use of Monday.com and related tools.

The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors, including job-related experience, relevant knowledge and skills, how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and geographical market rates.
