Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketer to join a growing international team. This is an exciting remote opportunity for a data-oriented marketing professional who thrives on optimizing campaigns, driving customer acquisition, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital channels, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies that maximize return on investment. Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute A/B tests for ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize return on investment.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Track customer acquisition funnels and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging advertising technologies.
• Support lead generation, demand generation, and revenue growth initiatives.

2+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or paid media management.

Proven experience managing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar reporting platforms.

Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and marketing funnels.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, B2B, or digital agency environments is an advantage.

Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
