Patient Care Coordinator (Sales & Client Success)

What You'll Do

You'll become an expert at helping prospective clients understand whether we're the right fit for them. Your responsibilities include:

• Answering inbound calls from prospective clients
• Following up with warm leads who requested information
• Building genuine rapport before discussing appointments
• Helping people understand why they're still struggling despite trying other treatments
• Scheduling Discovery Visits with qualified prospects
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Confirming appointments to reduce no-shows
• Coordinating with our clinical team
• Following proven sales processes while sounding like a real human

What Success Looks Like

You'll receive extensive training before taking calls independently. As you grow, you'll be responsible for:

• Converting approximately one-third of qualified leads into Discovery Visits
• Creating exceptional first impressions
• Maintaining detailed and organized records
• Following up consistently
• Becoming an expert communicator

Training You'll Receive

We don't expect you to know healthcare sales. We'll teach you:

• Communication psychology
• Sales conversations
• Objection handling
• Relationship building
• Our patient journey CRM systems
• Continuous coaching and feedback
