What you'll be doing:

• Channel Operations Leadership: You’ll oversee all external partner-facing channels—field sales, call centres, and community engagement. You know how to build structure, maintain consistency, and create momentum across geographically dispersed teams.
• Field Sales Coordination: You’ll bring alignment, clarity, and pace across field sales teams, ensuring messaging is consistent, targets are understood, and activity supports partner growth plans region by region.
• Call Centre Excellence: You’ll manage the day-to-day operations for partner-driven call centre activity; briefing teams, optimizing scripts, implementing QA standards, and ensuring performance dashboards tell a clear story.
• Community Outreach Programs: You’ll design and lead grassroots partner-support initiatives; driving awareness, activation, and engagement with programs that feel authentic and add measurable value.
• Performance Insight & Optimization: You’ll own cross-channel performance analytics, using data to refine targeting, messaging, and channel mix. You’ll spot what’s working, fix what isn’t, and elevate what could be.
• Partner Retention Communication: You’ll manage the flow of partner retention messaging; clear, timely, and thoughtful—ensuring every partner feels supported and valued across all touchpoints.
