🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a Client Partnerships Manager to take ownership of client relationships, sales opportunities, service delivery, and day-to-day technical coordination for a growing technology company providing high-performance infrastructure and hosting solutions to the financial markets.

You’ll work directly with clients from the initial sales conversation through deployment, ongoing account management, and technical issue resolution. You’ll act as the key point of contact between clients and internal technical teams, making sure issues are handled quickly and services consistently meet expectations.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working across client management, sales, technology, and operations — and is comfortable taking the lead when something needs to get done.

💼 What You’ll Do

Client Partnerships & Account Management

• Own relationships with existing clients and build long-term partnerships
• Act as the primary point of contact for client requests, questions, and escalations
• Understand client requirements and ensure services meet their performance, availability, and business needs
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and introduce additional services

Sales & Business Development

• Manage inbound sales inquiries and new client opportunities
• Understand technical requirements and help design appropriate infrastructure solutions
• Work with internal teams to develop custom configurations and pricing
• Guide prospective clients through the sales and onboarding process
• Identify new opportunities, partnerships, and potential markets

Technical Coordination

• Lead communication with clients when technical issues arise
• Coordinate with engineering and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and resolve L1/L2 issues
• Help diagnose connectivity, hosting, server, and infrastructure-related problems
• Ensure incidents are properly communicated, tracked, and resolved
• Prepare incident reports and client-facing updates when required
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate specialists while maintaining ownership of the client experience

Operations & Strategic Projects

• Support day-to-day operational activities across the business
• Coordinate internal meetings and cross-functional initiatives
• Help identify and implement improvements to processes, systems, and client experience
• Take ownership of strategic projects and drive them from idea to execution
• Work closely with leadership on new products, services, and operational initiatives

Team Leadership

• Help build and develop a high-performing cross-functional team
• Work closely with engineering, support, sales, and operations
• Mentor team members and help establish effective processes and workflows
• Coordinate priorities across teams to ensure clients receive a high level of service

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in client management, customer success, account management, or technical account management
• Experience working with technology, infrastructure, hosting, data centers, IaaS, cloud, or related services
• Strong technical understanding and the ability to confidently discuss infrastructure and troubleshoot issues at a high level
• Experience working with financial services, trading, fintech, or market infrastructure is a strong plus
• Strong commercial mindset with experience supporting sales, upselling, or managing client accounts
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of issues from start to finish
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and move projects forward without constant direction
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats

• Experience with hosting, dedicated servers, VPS, colocation, or data center environments
• Understanding of low-latency infrastructure and high-availability environments
• Experience supporting clients in FX, trading, investment, or other financial markets
• Familiarity with networking, servers, virtualization, or infrastructure troubleshooting
• Experience working with SLAs, incident management, and service delivery
• Experience building teams, processes, or operations in a growing company
