Client success manager

We are seeking a Client Success Manager who is interested in a career transition and wants to leverage their communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills in a flexible, remote environment.

This is an independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position. It is best suited to individuals who are comfortable managing their own schedule, working independently, and taking ownership of their results.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Support clients throughout their learning and development journey
• Guide clients through digital resources, programs, and educational materials
• Encourage client engagement, goal setting, and accountability
• Provide a professional, positive, and supportive client experience
• Communicate effectively through virtual platforms and online tools
• Maintain timely and consistent client follow-up
• Manage responsibilities independently while collaborating with a broader professional network
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities

Qualifications
