WHAT YOU'LL EARN

Realistic first-year earnings of $85k - $115K for reps who hit activity targets; top performers earn $150,000+

This is a commission-only role (no base salary). Earnings vary with activity, merchant volume, and retention. Additionally, you will be eligible for our full benefits package, including 401k!

SUPPORT

• Company CRM (IRIS), sales training, scripts, talk tracks, and proven systems
• A referral-partner playbook to build your own network (POS dealers, local associations, business referrals)
• Structured onboarding and ongoing coaching

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prospect and acquire new merchant clients (B2B) in your local market
• Show business owners how Paynada's dual pricing program can ELIMINATE their processing fees
• Assist with product demos, close new accounts, and onboard merchants
• Build and manage your own portfolio of ongoing accounts
• Develop referral relationships with POS dealers, local partners, and business networks

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Outside sales, B2B, merchant services, or payroll experience preferred (not required)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communicator, confident speaking with business owners
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, comfortable self-sourcing (no leads provided)
