Basement And Foundation Solutions in Kernersville, NC is looking for a driven and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful relationships with homeowners while offering solutions that protect one of their most valuable investments. Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers to assess basement and foundation needs
• Present and sell waterproofing, foundation repair, and structural solutions tailored to each homeowner
• Generate and follow up on leads through company-provided appointments, referrals, and self-prospecting
• Prepare and deliver accurate estimates and proposals to potential clients
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process and post-sale follow-up
• Collaborate with production and office teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven outside sales experience, preferably in home improvement, construction, or related industries
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory and work independently
• Comfortable conducting in-home sales consultations and building rapport quickly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Basic computer skills for CRM use, scheduling, and reporting
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education a plus
