Our remote sales team works a pipeline of warm, inbound leads generated by our national marketing engine � you're not cold calling, you're converting.

What You'll Own

A pipeline of warm leads and a revenue target that's yours to drive. With an average treatment plan value of $1,200 and tiered commission up to 13.5%, your earning potential scales directly with your performance.

Day-to-day:

• working your lead queue
• conducting consultative phone conversations
• educating patients on LaserAway's treatment options
• overcoming objections
• following up persistently
• closing � all managed through our CRM so your pipeline is always visible and your next action is always clear.

This Is Not For Everyone

This is a high-activity outbound role. You'll spend the majority of your day on the phone � calling, following up, and closing. If your background is primarily inbound customer service, order-taking, or face-to-face sales with limited phone selling, this role is likely not the right fit.
