Mental Health Counselor Supervisor

Location: Alaska

Pay: $100/hr to $250/hr

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and clinical consultation to developing clinicians
• Review documentation, treatment planning, ethics, and clinical decision-making
• Help supervisees build confidence in their practice
• Follow applicable Alaska supervision requirements
• Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisees

Active Alaska clinical license in good standing

Eligible license types may include Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Psychologist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Must meet Alaska requirements to provide clinical supervision

Experience mentoring or supervising clinicians preferred
