The Marketing Operations Manager enables Mixbook’s Growth Marketing organization to execute faster, measure more accurately, and scale with confidence. This role connects marketing strategy with the technology, data, processes, and cross-functional partnerships required to support effective campaign execution, experimentation, product launches, and business decision-making. Working across CRM/Lifecycle, Paid Media, App Growth, CRO/Merchandising, and Analytics, the Marketing Operations Manager drives alignment on marketing technology needs and ensures channel-led tool decisions account for shared data, integration, measurement, governance, and operational requirements. Reporting to the VP of Growth, this person will partner with channel owners, Platform Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, Finance, and external vendors to translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure selected solutions are implemented and supported successfully. Ultimately, this role provides operational continuity across Mixbook’s marketing technology and ecommerce ecosystem, ensuring the systems, data, and processes that power Growth Marketing are connected, reliable, and scalable. Success is measured by increasing operational clarity, measurement confidence, and launch readiness across the organization.
Our mission is to empower people to be creative and connect deeply with the ones they love. Unlike many growth companies, we have invested deeply in culture. Organizational health is central to our long-term strategy - we believe that when we care for our people, they build great products, our customers feel the difference, and our business grows as a result. We want people to join us who live our values: Courageous Care - empathy with backbone; caring enough to be clear Craftsmanship - pride in what we build and who it’s for; ownership end-to-end Pioneer Spirit - moving fast and thinking ahead; treating constraints as creative fuel If Mixbook resonates with you and you’re excited by the work ahead, we encourage you to apply!
