Job Description

Truce Law is a Washington family law firm built around a simple belief: the legal process should protect what people are trying to preserve, not make the separation worse than it has to be. We practice the full range of family law, from collaborative and mediated divorce to litigation when court is genuinely the right path. Our marketing exists to find the clients who want that. We are building our marketing team, and this is a key hire on it. You would report to our Director of Marketing and work as part of a small, close team.

The Role

This is the operating layer of our marketing department. You make sure the work actually happens: projects stay on track, our outside agency delivers what it was paid for, our data stays clean, and the team stays unblocked. It is a highly organized, hands-on role for someone who loves keeping the trains running and finding smarter ways to do it.

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, Vision: Employer-paid coverage for employees. This is fully covered — no employee premium contribution required.
  • Paid Time Off: Four weeks total — three weeks PTO plus a fully paid week off for the firm's winter holiday closure.
  • Paid Holidays: 10 paid holidays annually.
  • 401(k): 3% firm contribution — regardless of employee contribution.
  • Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA): Firm-funded account for wellness, fitness, and lifestyle expenses.
  • Professional Development Stipend: Annual stipend to support certifications, training, and continued education.
  • Firm Technology: Microsoft 365 / Copilot and Claude AI tooling provided. Employer-provided tech package.
  • AAA Membership: Roadside assistance, identity theft protection, and discounted pet insurance.

Growth

This is a team-oriented role reporting to the Director of Marketing, with real room to grow as our marketing department scales.

Manage our marketing day to day: track deliverables, keep timelines moving, and flag problems early. Operate HubSpot: pull reports and dashboards, keep lead data clean, and support the team's attribution work. Help hold our outside agency accountable to what they were paid for. Understand how a lead becomes a signed client, and partner with our intake team on lead quality. Keep projects on track across intake, IT, leadership, and outside vendors. Use AI to work smarter: build agents, skills, and automations that take repetitive work off the team's plate. Highly organized with sharp attention to detail. You keep projects, vendors, and deadlines on track without dropping threads. A strong project manager who can juggle multiple workstreams and keep everyone moving. A team player who works well across intake, IT, leadership, and outside vendors. An idea generator who spots opportunities and brings solutions, not just status updates. Hands-on HubSpot or comparable CRM experience. You have built and maintained reports and kept data clean yourself. Experience managing an outside agency or vendor and holding them accountable. A working understanding of how a professional services or law firm marketing pipeline runs, from lead to consult to signed client. Real proficiency with AI, not just prompting. You understand tools like Claude and have built your own agents or skills to automate work, and you can show us. This is a big plus and a real part of how we operate.

Nice to Have

Family law or any law firm experience is a huge asset, though not required. Adjacent professional services experience (medical, financial, home services) translates well. Experience with WordPress or Elementor at an editing level.
