Marketing Manager (Equity Partner)

SendSol is a fast-growing Web3 crowdfunding platform built on Solana. We’re redefining how creators fund ideas through transparent, community-driven support. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join as a core partner and lead SendSol’s marketing, partnerships, and go-to-market initiatives. You’ll shape how the world discovers and engages with creator-led crowdfunding.

What You’ll Do

• Own SendSol’s marketing strategy and brand voice across all channels (X/Twitter, newsletters, partnerships).
• Plan and execute GTM campaigns for product launches and creator projects.
• Develop and manage partnerships within the Solana and Web3 ecosystem.
• Write and publish newsletters, announcements, and campaign materials.
• Collaborate with founders to align marketing with growth and product goals.
• Track performance metrics and use insights to improve reach and conversion.

You’ll Succeed Here If You Have

• hands-on experience managing social channels with 5K+ active followers or equivalent audience reach.
• Bring 2–4 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or GTM campaign execution.
• Understand Web3, crowdfunding, and the creator economy.
• Can turn product updates into clear, engaging stories.
• Are comfortable building systems and traction from the ground up.
