Act as a key partner to Product Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and campaign alignment.
Stay current with marketing tech trends and apply innovations to improve campaign performance. Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking in HubSpot, Salesforce, and Gong. Contribute to process documentation and improvements.
Min 4 years of marketing experience, with a focus on campaign management and email marketing.
Proven experience leveraging ABM technology (e.g., 6Sense, Common Room or similar) to run account-based campaigns.
Experience in B2B SaaS required. HR Tech preferred.
Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing best practices, including segmentation, automation and personalization across platforms like email, web, social, paid, community, etc.
Excellent writing experience, with the ability to create concise value-based messaging that drives action tailored to specific audiences.
Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proactive management of workloads, ambiguity, and multiple projects simultaneously.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Clear communication and openness to feedback.
Ability to make data-driven decisions, citing evidence from marketing trends, KPIs and stakeholder feedback.
Understanding of conversion rate optimization best practices.
Proficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce.
Experience with 6Sense, Gong, Outreach, WordPress, Asana or similar tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related communications field or relevant work experience.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $115,000 and $140,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized, non-discriminatory factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, and equity. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits program, including health and wellness benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
