  • Build scalable marketing strategies that align with client objectives while ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in performance marketing with strong expertise in digital strategy, paid media, search marketing, and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex marketing initiatives while balancing strategic planning and day-to-day execution.
  • Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders, client portfolios, and cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and translate insights into measurable business improvements.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills with experience hiring, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and delivering exceptional client outcomes through data-driven decision-making.

Benefits

  • 100% remote work with flexible work location options.
  • Base salary of up to $135,000 plus an uncapped commission structure.
  • Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Life insurance, accident insurance, and short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Employee Assistance Program and family-forming support.
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching.
  • Commuter benefits and access to virtual healthcare services.
  • Generous paid time off, paid holidays, volunteer days, and year-round half-day Fridays.
  • Paid parental leave.
  • Tuition reimbursement of up to $5,000.
  • Company-provided equipment, including a MacBook Pro and additional monitor.
  • Professional development opportunities, team events, company lunches, and a collaborative remote-first culture focused on growth and innovation.
