Managing Director, Portfolio Optimization

This position will report to the revenue group, specifically the Office of President and CEO, to maximize revenue from clients.

Responsibilities

• Work with the revenue group to maximize revenue from clients.
• Manage the optimization of client residential mortgage portfolios, including portfolio performance, interest rate risk, funding/retention strategies, and alignment between held-for-investment and held-for-sale decisions.
• Ensure area of responsibility is managed in full compliance with Financial Services standards and applicable government and industry regulations.
• Oversee development of the annual plan for the area, including pricing, hedging, portfolio, and execution strategies.
• Represents mTrade with industry associations, regulatory bodies, investors, dealers, and counterparties, as appropriate.
• Travel from time to time to visit clients at their locations and to visit the corporate headquarters in Oxford, MS.
• Attendance at one or two trade shows annually.

Position location and travel – this position can reside anywhere in the US where the candidate is near to a major airport to facilitate client visits.
