About the Role The Manager of Education plays a key role in advancing NBDF’s mission by designing, implementing, and evaluating national health education initiatives that improve the lives of people living with bleeding disorders and their support networks. Reporting to the Director of Education, this position combines program management, health education, relationship building, and team leadership to develop impactful educational programs and resources for communities across the country. In this role, you will collaborate with healthcare providers, community leaders, volunteers, chapters, and internal teams to create and deliver educational programs that increase awareness, promote informed decision-making, and support improved health outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of high-impact initiatives, including educational programs focused on emerging therapies, health equity, and efforts to promote healthy living across the lifespan. You will also help cultivate strategic partnerships, support national conference programming, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of NBDF’s education strategy.
What You Bring To qualify for this unique opportunity, our ideal candidate should have the following experience and education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Public Health, or related discipline), or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience. Master degree is a plus. 5+ years of experience in health promotion and risk prevention programs preferred. Demonstrated project management, program development and outcome assessment skills. Excellent analytical skills and understanding of current issues in public health. Self-motivated, critical thinker with keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills to work on multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work with and influence diverse groups of people. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated collaboration and communication skills to support working successfully in a virtual environment. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills required. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking) strongly preferred.

This is a fully remote role and the candidate can be based anywhere in the U.S; the ideal candidate will have comfort working remotely with a team located throughout the U.S. This position requires regular domestic travel, including overnight and occasional weekend travel to chapter events, workshops, and NBDF's annual Bleeding Disorders Conference.

For this position, NBDF has set a starting base salary range of $70,000–$80,000 and it is non-negotiable due to our company's commitment to maintaining internal pay equity.
