Job Title: Logistics Coordinator (Remote – Night Shift / US Hours)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in freight brokerage or third-party logistics (3PL), is confident using industry load boards, and can effectively negotiate rates with customers while providing excellent service.

Responsibilities

• Search and secure loads using DAT and Truckstop.
• Negotiate freight rates with customers and maximize profitability.
• Coordinate shipments from pickup through delivery.
• Communicate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor load status and proactively resolve any issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and provide timely updates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Freight Broker, or similar logistics role.
• Strong working knowledge of DAT and Truckstop.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet remote work environment.

Work Schedule

Saturday to Wednesday. Must be available to work night shifts (US business hours).
