As a Lead Technologies Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the development, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT systems and networks. You will oversee the design and implementation of hardware and software systems, ensure network security, and participate in daily IT operations.
The Lead Technology Engineer must have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset to provide exceptional service to the organization’s internal and external clients.
The Lead Technologies Engineer should have the ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams to identify areas where automation can be applied to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort. This role also requires experience designing and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, or similar platforms. Additionally, experience working with healthcare host systems such as Epic or comparable EHR/RCM systems is strongly preferred.
The Lead Technologies Engineer will be responsible for managing and providing support for systems integrations, automation scripts, and continuously evaluating and improving existing technology to ensure they are meeting business needs.
This position pays between $111,800–167,700 based on experience.
This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.
