Ace IT Careers is recruiting candidates for Junior QA Engineer opportunities involving both manual software testing and test automation. This position is suitable for candidates with foundational QA knowledge, academic or project experience, and a strong interest in developing practical skills across the complete software-testing lifecycle. Selected candidates may work on functional testing, defect management, API validation, database testing, regression testing, and automation activities based on project requirements.
Zero to two years of QA, software-testing, internship, academic-project, or related experience. Basic understanding of manual testing, SDLC, STLC, and defect management. Familiarity with test cases, test scenarios, regression testing, and bug reporting. Exposure to Jira, Azure DevOps, Postman, SQL, Selenium, Java, Python, or similar tools is helpful. Willingness to strengthen both manual and automation-testing skills. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote or distributed environment. Applicable authorization to work in the United States.
Candidates are not required to be advanced automation engineers. Applicants with strong manual-testing fundamentals and introductory automation exposure may also be considered.
Ace IT Careers will evaluate each applicant’s current experience, technical knowledge, project exposure, communication skills, and alignment with the hiring requirements. Some applicants may not yet meet the technical requirements of this particular position. In such cases, Ace IT Careers may separately provide information about optional skills-readiness, mentoring, or training services. These services are not employment, do not guarantee an interview or job offer, and are not required to submit an application. Any optional paid service will be explained separately, including its scope, cost, refund policy, and terms, before the applicant makes a decision. Applicants are under no obligation to enroll.
Payment is never accepted in exchange for a job offer, employer interview, or guaranteed placement. Final employment decisions are made based on candidate qualifications and the hiring employer’s requirements.
