About the Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who blends design skills with performance thinking. This role sits on our paid media team and is responsible for creating high-performing ad creative across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their career who is excited about learning how creative drives results and wants to work at the intersection of design, marketing strategy, and AI-powered workflows (Claude).

What You’ll Do:

• Design and produce ad creative for paid social and digital campaigns (static, light motion, variations)
• Collaborate with media buyers and strategists to translate campaign goals into creative concepts
• Iterate on ad creatives based on performance data (CTR, CPL, CPA, etc.)
• Use tools like Claude (and other AI platforms) to generate concepts, copy variations, and creative angles
• Develop multiple variations of creative to support testing frameworks and campaign scaling
• Assist in organizing and maintaining creative libraries and testing learnings
• Stay on top of creative trends across Meta, TikTok, and other digital platforms

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or creative strategy
• Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar
• Understanding (or strong interest in learning) how creative impacts paid media performance
• Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools like Claude to enhance creative output
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
• A portfolio of design work (required)

Nice to Have

• Experience creating ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
• Basic understanding of direct response marketing principles
• Light video editing or motion design skills
• Exposure to A/B testing or performance marketing environments
