At Langate, we're passionate about crafting digital solutions that make a real impact. Our focus spans diverse sectors, including business, medicine, and education. We take immense pride in our strong collaboration with the U.S. We're here to shape the future of technology, one milestone at a time. In addition to technical expertise, we value excellent communication skills. Collaboration and effective teamwork are the cornerstones of our success, and we believe in fostering an environment where everyone’s voice is heard and valued.
We are looking for a curious Business Analyst to join the team and help scale the business alongside experienced colleagues.
The product is a global employee recognition platform used by large companies to help people thank and reward each other at work. Employees can send personalized recognition messages, attach points or awards, and later exchange those points for gifts from the internal rewards catalog. In many organizations, employees feel unseen and undervalued, even when they do great work. Our product solves this by creating a simple, engaging way for people to recognize good work instantly, right when it happens, and make that recognition visible to the whole company.
The platform supports multi-tenant architecture, meaning every client has its own version of the system with unique branding, translations, reward programs, and product catalog categories. End users are medium- and large-sized enterprises worldwide that care about employee engagement, retention, and company culture. The team includes Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Designers, QA, and a Project Manager working in close collaboration. We use Agile, with regular iterations and two releases per year. The roadmap is defined upfront.
AI knowledge and experience applying it to add value to both the development lifecycle as well as incorporating it into features for client-facing applications.
3 BAs, 10 In-House DEVs, 4 DEVs on customer side, 6 Manual QAs, 1 AQA, 1 Scrum Master/Project Manager. Up to 25 people in total.
5/2, 8-hour working day (40 hr per week). US time-zone preferable, at least 4+ hours of overlap.
HR interview + PI Test + Technical interview + Final interview with the customer.
When you choose us, you're choosing a company that values innovation, invests in its employees, and provides a supportive and engaging work environment. Join us in shaping the future of technology!
