Job Description

AI Digital is seeking a Junior BI Analyst to join our growing Data & Solutions team.

As part of the team, you'll build a strong foundation in Business Intelligence, SQL and data analytics while working on impactful data-driven projects and collaborating with experienced colleagues in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve data from various sources including databases and spreadsheets; organize and format raw data into structured formats.
  • Creating auto-updating data marts for BI dashboards.
  • Support and troubleshoot predefined data source templates used for visualization purposes.
  • Take part in the development and maintenance of self-service analytics tools using BI platforms such as ClicData.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to understand reporting needs, troubleshoot, and deliver timely solutions.
  • Support data validation and quality assurance efforts to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Document reporting processes to promote transparency and knowledge sharing.

Advanced understanding of spreadsheets (Excel and/or Google Sheets).

2+ years of experience.

Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, ClicData).

Basic knowledge of SQL for querying relational databases.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

English level - B2-C1.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.

Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.

Bonus Points (Preferred but Not Required):

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud Platform).
  • Experience with BI platforms (ClicData, Power BI, Looker, Tableau).
  • Hands-on experience with Python & Pandas.
  • Familiarity with ELT/ETL concepts and basic data pipeline workflows.
  • Prior experience in a data-driven business environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in a business/data analytics or BI role.
