What you'll do

• Build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.
• Support affiliates throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with the Affiliate and Advertising teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Monitor key metrics and contribute to achieving business goals.
• Prepare reports and communicate campaign updates to management.

What we're looking for

• Fluent Ukrainian and English Intermediate or higher.
• Basic understanding of tracking systems and S2S postbacks.
• Analytical mindset and confidence working with numbers and performance metrics.
• Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing or Account Management is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
