WHAT THIS ROLE IS

You will own execution across our IT and development initiatives. You will work closely with engineering, design, and QA, taking business requirements and turning them into a roadmap and backlog the team can actually build against. You'll be the connective tissue between what stakeholders need and what gets shipped.

This is a delivery and coordination role. You take business goals and customer needs and turn them into a clear project vision, a well groomed backlog, and a team that knows what to build next and why. If you love keeping complex, cross functional work organized and moving, this is the right seat.

This is an execution and alignment role, not a heads down engineering seat. We need someone who keeps the team on track.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Define and communicate a clear project vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs.
• Own and prioritize the project backlog, ensuring user stories are well defined, estimated, and ready for development.
• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including engineering, design, and QA, to ensure timely and high quality delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Conduct research and gather stakeholder and customer feedback to inform project decisions and identify new opportunities.
• Lead sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, adjusting priorities as needed.
• Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to evaluate success and drive continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU BRING

• IT or software project management experience. This is the top requirement. You have run real projects from intake through delivery.
• Strong track record of backlog ownership and cross functional delivery. You have kept engineering, design, and QA aligned and moving.
• Data fluency. You are comfortable using metrics and KPIs to make and defend prioritization calls.
• Comfort translating ambiguous business requirements into clear, buildable work.
• Experience running agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Payments, fintech, or vertical SaaS background is a strong plus.
• You must be authorized to work in the US. We do not sponsor or transfer visas.
