Lime is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead the operational coordination of corporate network deployments, office and warehouse openings, relocations, and decommissions across a global portfolio.

This role will serve as the central coordination point between Network Systems, Corporate Technology, Workplace, Real Estate, local Operations teams, and external vendors. The IT Project Manager will turn site requirements into clear plans, maintain accurate Jira and project records, manage critical dependencies, and ensure each deployment progresses from intake through site readiness and closeout.

The ideal candidate combines disciplined project execution with enough technical fluency to coordinate network, ISP, cabling, physical security, and AV-related workstreams. They are proactive, highly organized, and effective at driving follow-up across distributed teams and vendors.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end project coordination lifecycle for Warehouse and Corporate office lease events, site deployments, relocations, expansions, and decommissions.
  • Run recurring cross functional, internal planning meetings.
  • Translate decisions, actions, and dependencies into clearly owned Jira work items and project plans.
  • Maintain the central source of truth for active sites, including scope, milestones, risks, blockers, ownership, dependencies, and site readiness status.
  • Balance and assign work across the Network Systems team by reviewing incoming demand, team capacity, project status, and critical-path priorities.
  • Lead pre-deployment discovery for each site, including floor plans, local points of contact, site access requirements, landlord and certificate-of-insurance requirements, ISP information, and facility constraints.
  • Coordinate site survey readiness and vendor scheduling, including confirming local escorts, equipment locations, access point placement, network closet requirements, and site-specific installation details.
  • Partner with Network Systems engineers to convert floor-plan markups and technical requirements into vendor-ready scopes of work.
  • Manage vendor-facing preparation, including quote collection, purchase coordination, order placement (in partnership with our sourcing team), and installation scheduling for network, cabling, internet, security, and AV services.
  • Sequence dependencies across internet, networking, AV, and security to ensure work occurs in the correct order and avoids avoidable delays or repeat site visits.
  • Drive daily follow-up with internal teams, Workplace, Local Operations, Real Estate, ISPs, and installation partners to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.
  • Maintain high-quality Jira hygiene, non technical deployment documentation, site repositories, status reporting, and closeout records.
  • Communicate clear and timely project status updates, including site readiness, risks, decisions required, and completion notifications.
  • Improve repeatability by creating and maintaining standard checklists, intake forms, project templates, communication plans, and closeout procedures.
  • Participate in the team's on-call rotation, responding to incidents, troubleshooting issues, and contributing to root cause analysis and service reliability improvements.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot production issues, outages, and critical alerts during assigned on-call shifts.
  • Escalate incidents as needed and collaborate with team members to restore service.
  • Document issues and contribute to improvements that reduce recurring incidents.
  • Be available to provide occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday support while on call.

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in technical project management, IT infrastructure project coordination, deployment operations, facilities technology, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects across technical, operational, and vendor stakeholders.
  • Experience coordinating physical infrastructure work such as network deployments, ISP circuits, cabling, security systems, AV, office openings, warehouse launches, or site relocations.
  • Strong project-management fundamentals, including scope definition, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk escalation, stakeholder follow-up, and project closeout.
  • Experience using Jira or similar systems to manage work intake, project status, backlogs, and accountability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business partners, and external vendors.
  • Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail in documentation, reporting, and systems-of-record management.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
  • Ability to participate in a shared on-call rotation supporting production systems, including occasional after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage, with responsibility for responding to critical alerts, coordinating escalations to restore service, and documenting issues to help prevent recurrence.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience supporting multi-site corporate network or workplace technology deployments.
  • Familiarity with network infrastructure concepts, ISP provisioning, Wi-Fi, cabling, network closets, physical security, or vendor installation workflows.
  • Experience working with Real Estate, Workplace, Facilities, or local Operations teams on lease events or site launches.
  • Experience managing global or multi-region deployment portfolios.
  • PMP, CAPM, CSM, or comparable project-management certification.
