This remote contract opportunity is designed for experienced IT consultants supporting technology initiatives across multiple industries.

You will provide strategic guidance, improve business processes, and help organizations implement practical technology solutions. The work spans areas such as ERP platforms, data analytics, integration, cybersecurity, and business process optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical and operational outcomes. The role offers exposure to diverse projects where strong consulting, project management, and technical expertise are highly valued. Success requires the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results in a remote environment. Accountabilities:

• Provide IT consulting and strategic guidance across a range of technology and business initiatives.
• Assess business needs and recommend technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and support organizational objectives.
• Lead and coordinate projects from planning through delivery, managing timelines, priorities, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support the implementation, optimization, and integration of ERP platforms such as Epicor or NetSuite.
• Analyze business and operational data and develop reporting and insights using tools such as Power BI.
• Design, support, or optimize integrations using platforms such as MuleSoft and related technologies.
• Apply cybersecurity principles and practices to help identify risks and support secure technology implementations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements or initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and clear communication.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement, technology modernization, and increased operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT consulting or a closely related technology field.
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP platforms, particularly Epicor or NetSuite.
• Strong project management capabilities with a track record of successfully delivering technology initiatives.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
• Familiarity with integration platforms such as MuleSoft and enterprise integration concepts.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technology risk considerations.
• Strong consulting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business challenges into technology solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is advantageous.
• Experience with cloud technologies and services is preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or MuleSoft certifications are a plus.
• Experience supporting clients in financial services or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
