CareTria AIMS department handles independent inventories and closeout services for pharmaceutical sales representatives. The Inventory Specialist position is responsible for performing independent inventories, storage site inspections and closeouts of pharmaceutical sales representatives as requested from CareTria AIMS. Below are the required job responsibilities and qualifications:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing personal schedule of audits
- Reviewing instructions and forms required to complete inventories/closeouts
- Ensure that inventories are scheduled in accordance with Client expectations and timelines
- Communicate information regarding inventories to representatives and CareTria via on-line scheduling system, email, mail, and/or phone
- Ensure all required documents are completed and accurate prior to submitting to CareTria
- Perform Closeouts and Inventories as requested and in a professional manner and in accordance with CareTria instructions
- Conduct annual inventories, closeout inventories and inventories associated with Random Audits. May be required to conduct inventories associated with a for-cause audits
- Follow all department and company policies and procedures
- Strive to exceed customer/client needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally in emails and on phone calls
- Perform accurate physical sample inventories

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Transportation
- Own Smartphone and/or iPad
- Access to printer
- Preferred: Pharmaceutical Sales and or Healthcare Experience Preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Required: Mobile smartphone/tablet technology for paperless processing.

- Math skills
- Neat, legible handwriting
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Bending, Stretching, stooping
- Lifting boxes not to exceed 20 lbs.
