Position Summary:

The Sales Coordinator supports the Dental Division by providing administrative, customer, and sales support to drive business growth and improve sales effectiveness. This role coordinates customer interactions, manages data and CRM activities, and assists with sales processes, marketing support, and operational tasks. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Customer Support
    • Schedule meetings and assist with customer engagement throughout the sales process.
    • Provide support to the sales team by identifying business opportunities, prospecting potential customers, coordinating customer interactions, and following up on sales leads.
    • Respond to customer inquiries (dentists and dealers) via phone and email, providing accurate product and service information.
  • CRM & Data Management
    • Maintain accurate customer records and activity tracking in Salesforce and CRM systems.
    • Collect, organize, and input data into spreadsheets and standard formats.
    • Support reporting and tracking of sales activities and pipeline data.
  • Order & Sample Coordination
    • Process sample requests and coordinate product shipments as needed.
    • Arrange shipments for trade shows, technical events, and customer meetings.
  • Marketing & Administrative Support
    • Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and product materials.
    • Support execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives using Salesforce or other tools.
    • Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and documentation as directed.
  • Event & Meeting Coordination
    • Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
    • Arrange travel and support event planning activities to enable sales and customer engagement.
  • Operational & Compliance Support
    • Maintain departmental documentation and support administrative processes such as purchasing, expense tracking, and reporting.
    • Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.
  • Professional Development
    • Participate in training and development activities to build product knowledge and sales support capabilities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, dental industry experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time for tradeshows and other events.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives while delivering measurable results.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to have an adequate home office for sample storage and shipping.
