Responsible for managing new accounts and existing specified by EIS.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Answering calls via ring central
• Quoting materials requested by the customers
• Entering orders into SAP
• Tracking them until delivery
• Providing post-sales follow-up to gain business with these clients

• Microsoft office
• English required
• Excellent communication skills with clients
• Customer service and responsiveness to client requests
• Import/export knowledge
• Emotional intelligence
• Experience in similar roles
