Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of individual tax returns
• Develop tax planning strategies to maximize client savings
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in individual tax planning and compliance
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in tax preparation software and tools
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
