About the Opportunity

TripShot is looking for an Implementation Consultant who thrives at the intersection of technology, client success, and project execution. In this role, you'll help organizations successfully launch and adopt the TripShot platform by configuring software, delivering engaging training, supporting implementations, and partnering closely with Project Managers to ensure every deployment exceeds expectations.

You'll work directly with transit agencies, universities, employers, and transportation providers—helping them modernize operations while building trusted relationships that set the foundation for long-term customer success.

What You'll Do

Deliver Successful Implementations

• Execute hands-on implementation activities that ensure successful client onboarding and adoption.
• Partner with Project Managers to support project plans, milestones, deliverables, and implementation schedules.
• Configure and validate client environments based on operational requirements.
• Conduct readiness assessments and support every phase of implementation from discovery through go-live.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively working toward successful resolutions.

Become a Trusted Client Advisor

• Develop a deep understanding of each client's transportation operations and business goals.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Provide onsite and remote implementation support to ensure successful launches.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Deliver Exceptional Training

• Lead engaging virtual and onsite training sessions for administrators, dispatchers, and end users.
• Help clients confidently adopt TripShot by reinforcing best practices and operational workflows.
• Create a positive implementation experience that drives long-term customer success and product adoption.

Collaborate Across the Organization

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, and Professional Services teams.
• Maintain accurate implementation documentation within Salesforce, Monday.com, and internal systems.
• Support internal onboarding, process improvement initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current on TripShot product enhancements, mobility trends, and emerging technologies.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting software implementations, client onboarding, customer success, consulting, training, or similar client-facing technology roles.
• Strong understanding of implementation coordination and project execution fundamentals.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and client-facing communication skills.
• Experience delivering software demonstrations, training, or user education.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience working independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, Monday.com (or comparable project management tools), Slack, and virtual meeting platforms.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience implementing enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Transportation, transit, mobility, logistics, or technology industry experience.
• Experience configuring software platforms and validating system requirements.
• Experience working with Project Management or Professional Services organizations.
• Passion for improving mobility and creating better transportation experiences.
