We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator (Volunteer) to join our team. This is a fully remote opportunity.

Duration: Minimum 3 months

Commitment: Minimum 10 hours/week

About the Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will be instrumental in building our HR infrastructure from the ground up. This role focuses on two key initiatives: architecting our HRIS system using Flowmingo and Dover, and establishing our volunteer management program. You will own the volunteer program, developing processes to organize, engage, and support our volunteers. This is a highly autonomous role for an initiative-driven individual who can make independent decisions, translate complex needs into structured digital procedures, and keep stakeholders informed without constant supervision. You will report directly to the founders, bridging operational goals with HR technical implementation.

Responsibilities:

• HRIS Architecture: Lead the end-to-end setup and configuration of our HR system using Flowmingo and Dover.
• Volunteer Program Development: Design, structure, and launch our volunteer management program, creating processes for tracking, engagement, and support.
• Process Engineering: Develop rules and workflows to improve current manual tasks.
• Collaboration: Work with existing HR coordinators to ensure seamless integration of new systems with recruitment and onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Performance & Recognition Programs: Partner with leadership to establish structured performance feedback and recognition initiatives for staff and volunteers, fostering a culture of ongoing development and appreciation.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in a human resources or similar role.
• Proven experience working with ATS or HRIS platforms.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools for increasing work efficiency.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Stable WiFi, internet connection, a suitable mobile device, and a laptop are required.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Hiring Process:

• Stage 1: Initial Interview (30 mins): An asynchronous online conversation with AI. We evaluate each response directly, so please avoid using external AI tools.
• Stage 2: Team Interview: A direct, 1-on-1 video call with our Annita (HR Coordinator) and Sirri (Co-founder/CTO) to align on shared expectations and role fit.
