Global Kids (GK) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to educating, inspiring, and mobilizing youth to become global citizens who are positively engaged in the world and prepared for their future. GK serves thousands of young people annually through school-based and community programs across New York City.
The Human Resources Generalist plays a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle at Global Kids. This position will manage a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and understanding of the ADP workforce system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven workforce.
Experience in nonprofit or youth development organizations
This full-time exempt position has an annual salary of $54,000. GK also offers affordable medical benefits, dental, and life insurance, as well as paid holidays, 12 vacation days (year 1), increasing thereafter based on years of employment, 3 personal days, and 8 sick days. Additionally, the GK offices are closed between Christmas and New Year’s Day. GK staff also have access to retail discounts and other benefits through our Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
