We are seeking an experienced HR professional to help shape sophisticated evaluation tasks for AI systems used in talent management, employee relations, and organizational design. The role draws on senior-level expertise across workforce planning, performance management, compensation, compliance, and organizational development. You will translate real-world HR judgment into realistic scenarios, reference materials, and evaluation frameworks. Assignments are designed around the scale, complexity, and compliance requirements of major workforce programs. Experts with strong knowledge of US employment law or international frameworks are encouraged to contribute. This is an opportunity to apply practical HR leadership experience to the development and evaluation of advanced AI systems. The engagement offers flexibility, independent work, and the ability to contribute your expertise across a range of HR-focused projects.

- Develop evaluation tasks reflecting the complexity and organizational scale of major workforce initiatives.
- Create scenarios involving enterprise HR technologies, including HRIS platforms such as Workday and SAP SuccessFactors, applicant tracking systems, and compensation benchmarking tools such as Radford and Mercer.
- Apply practical HR methodologies, including workforce planning, compensation benchmarking, employee relations investigations, and organizational design.
- Develop high-quality reference outputs such as HR policies, investigation reports, compensation analyses, and organizational design proposals.
- Align scenarios and reference materials with relevant employment law frameworks, including US requirements such as Title VII, FLSA, ADA, and applicable state employment laws, or international frameworks such as the UK Employment Rights Act and EU labor directives.
- Create detailed evaluation rubrics that distinguish authentic senior-level HR judgment from generic or theoretical responses.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an HR leader, Chief People Officer, HR executive, or senior HR consultant within a major organization or established HR consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of significant talent programs, employee relations matters, workforce initiatives, compensation programs, or organizational design projects.
- Strong practical understanding of HR methodologies, enterprise HR technologies, and how employment law and compliance requirements are applied in real organizational environments.
- Experience with platforms and tools such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, applicant tracking systems, Radford, Mercer, or comparable HR and compensation solutions is highly valuable.
- Expertise in either US employment law or international employment frameworks is required; experience across both areas is an advantage.
- A recognized professional credential such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or an international equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience developing training materials, evaluation criteria, rubrics, or other structured professional content is a plus.
- Strong analytical judgment, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to translate complex HR decisions into clear evaluation standards.
Benefits
- Compensation of $70–$80 per hour.
- Independent contractor engagement with project-based work.
