This position is based in India and is dedicated to supporting North America Talent Acquisition Operations. The successful candidate must be available to work a fixed schedule aligned with U.S. business hours and be comfortable supporting North America-based recruiters, hiring managers, HR partners, vendors, candidates, and other internal stakeholders.

Required Schedule

9:00 AM - 5:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time (ET) Monday through Friday. Flexibility to support occasional business-critical activities outside standard hours when required.

Because this role serves stakeholders across the United States and Canada, real-time collaboration during U.S. business hours is essential. The individual in this position is expected to actively participate in meetings, provide operational support, manage urgent escalations, troubleshoot recruiting process issues, and partner closely with stakeholders throughout the North American workday.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, Shared Services, HRIS, or a similar operational support environment.
• Experience working North America business hours with successful outcomes.
• Hands-on experience managing the candidate offer lifecycle, including offer generation, approvals, compensation validation, offer delivery, and acceptance tracking.
• Experience administering and monitoring background checks, adjudication workflows, escalations, issue resolution, and handoff through onboarding.
• Demonstrated experience supporting North America-based recruiters, hiring managers, and HR stakeholders with positive service delivery outcomes.
• Advanced experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting technologies, onboarding platforms, and talent acquisition systems.
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, compliance requirements, data management practices, and candidate lifecycle processes.
• Experience creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, scorecards, and operational metrics used to support business decision-making.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, troubleshoot process issues, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
• Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives and managing projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously within a fast-paced, global environment while working as part of a geographically dispersed team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels.
• Experience utilizing AI-powered tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar technologies to improve operational efficiency, documentation, reporting, and process execution.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with workforce analytics, recruiting analytics, dashboard development, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience working with ATS implementations, system enhancements, integrations, user acceptance testing (UAT), or change management initiatives.
• Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience supporting recruiting events, campus recruiting activities, virtual hiring events, and large-scale hiring initiatives.
• Familiarity with data governance, audit controls, compliance reporting, and operational risk management within Talent Acquisition.
