  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities;
  • Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives;
  • Facilitate organizational change and transformation, ensuring successful adoption across the department;
  • Own HR analytics and people metrics, translating data into actionable insights and business recommendations;
  • Drive performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to strengthen leadership capability and ensure business continuity;
  • Own the HR budget, including planning, forecasting, and cost control;
  • Lead a team of 3 HR professionals, fostering high performance and continuous growth;
  • Coach and partner with managers to strengthen leadership capability, embed effective performance management practices, and navigate complex people challenges;
  • Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives that support a high-performance environment;
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on workforce planning, hiring strategy, and onboarding;
  • Ensure scalable HR processes, policies, and governance aligned with business needs;
  • Lead cross-functional HR projects and strategic people initiatives.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, including 2+ years in an HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role;
  • Experience working in multicultural and geographically distributed environments, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures;
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions;
  • Experience leading organizational change and transformation initiatives;
  • Experience managing HR budgets and people analytics;
  • Previous experience leading and developing an HR team;
  • Proven project management skills, including leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
