As the Head of Influencer, you will lead Seed’s Influencer and Affiliate programs into a new era. Building on our world-class foundation, you will evolve our program to deliver revenue and awareness-driving outcomes across distribution channels, with an emphasis on DTC. You will nurture existing relationships and unlock new ones, innovate messaging and workflows, and open up new channels and paths to scale. All this will be done alongside the Growth Marketing team and close collaborators across Growth, Creative, Marketing, Data, and more.

Who you are:

• Proven track record (12+ years) of managing large scale omni-channel influencer, affiliate, and partnerships programs
• First principles thinker with exceptional problem solving and strategic capabilities.
• Exceptional ability to discover new and impactful ways to optimize processes and bottlenecks, with a particular strength in being at the forefront of leveraging AI.
• Expert in influencer, affiliate, and UGC content across multiple social channels.
• Strong analytical skills that unlock performance-driving insights across channel, creative, and attribution disciplines.
• Exceptional communication skills with Execs, peers, and employees throughout the organization, as well as with external partners and vendors.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop world-class talent and put them in a position to be successful.
• Collaborative leader who balances performance with shared ownership across the team and functions.
• A “player-coach” with a mindset that no task is too big or too small.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the Influencer and Ambassador motions of Seed’s rapidly growing and profitable business, maximizing sustainable results over time.
• Scale and innovate whitelisted influencer across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok
• Collaborate with Brand/Creative and Marcomms to build full funnel messaging, campaigns, and product launches.
• Nurture existing influencer and KOL relationships and unlock new ones
• Develop and execute tests that drive impact and learnings across the business.
• Manage, build, and develop an exceptional Ambassador/Partnerships team

Compensation

The estimated annual pay range for this full-time position is $200-$240K. Equity is structured to match seniority and strategic impact, offering meaningful participation in the company’s long-term value. Company benefits are competitive across all US locations. This position is US-based and 100% remote. Our pay ranges are guided by discipline, level and experience required. Within the range, individual pay may vary based on additional factors, including: your specific location, desired skills/ technical competency, relevant experience. and advanced education and training.
