CNC Agency (formerly Coffee ’n Clothes) is an experiential marketing agency born from culture and built for connection. We create experiences, stories, and products that people love and that help brands grow. We put people first and design accordingly, seamlessly blending strategy, creativity, production, and culture to turn ideas into experiences that move people. Because amazing things happen to brands when they build for humans, not algorithms.
We are currently seeking an Experiential Designer who is an execution-focused specialist responsible for translating approved creative direction into accurate, to-scale 3D models and visualizations of experiential environments and custom-fabricated elements. This role plays a critical part in client presentations, internal alignment, and downstream fabrication by clearly visualizing spatial intent, without owning experience strategy, guest flow, or construction methodology. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, collaborative, and confident, working from established creative direction to produce clear, build-ready visuals.
4+ years of experience in 3D design for experiential, environmental, exhibit, or architectural projects
Strong proficiency in industry-standard 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp, Cinema 4D, Rhino, or similar)
Experience producing presentation-ready renderings and walkthroughs
Ability to interpret architectural drawings, measurements, and real-world constraints
Strong attention to detail and scale accuracy
Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams in a remote-first environment
Clear communicator who can explain spatial ideas to both creative and non-technical stakeholders
Growing knowledge or interest in AI platforms and their application within 3D design workflows
The salary range for this role is $75,000.00 to $105,000.00. Where a candidate falls within this band will depend on a combination of factors, including relevant experience, demonstrated performance, specific skills, geographical location, and internal equity. We regularly benchmark roles to market data and ensure pay is aligned with the role’s scope and impact.
At CNC Agency, great ideas come from diverse perspectives. We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone can bring their full selves to work. All qualified applicants will be considered, no matter race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected status.
