This role offers the opportunity to become the operational foundation behind exceptional, high-profile experiences delivered to global audiences. You will oversee critical workflows, ensuring every detail is accurate, polished, and executed to the highest standards. The position combines operations management, stakeholder coordination, data analysis, and process improvement in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and technology teams to deliver seamless experiences. Accountabilities:

As an Experiences Business Operations Manager, you will manage the operational processes that support premium experiences, ensuring quality, accuracy, and smooth execution across all touchpoints. You will own workflows, coordinate stakeholders, identify improvements, and maintain exceptional standards throughout the experience lifecycle.

  • Build, review, and maintain high-quality listing pages while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all content.
  • Manage guest selection, vetting processes, communications, and logistics with professionalism, discretion, and strong operational judgment.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to keep projects aligned and delivered on schedule.
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify tooling needs, improve operational workflows, support testing, and advocate for effective solutions.
  • Analyze experience performance, operational results, and impact metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues during standard and on-call hours, applying urgency, ownership, and sound decision-making.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation of workflows, processes, and operational best practices.
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring consistently high-quality execution.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance guest, host, and partner experiences.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional with exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage complex workflows in a dynamic environment. You should be comfortable working across teams, analyzing data, and making thoughtful decisions under pressure.

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management or business operations roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to identify issues proactively and maintain a high standard of execution.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing deadlines.
  • Proven troubleshooting abilities with strong judgment and urgency when resolving challenges.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Sheets and experience using data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Jira.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and high-touch stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience working in technology, hospitality, or customer experience environments is preferred.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, systems, and detailed operational processes.
  • Experience supporting high-profile stakeholders where confidentiality and discretion are essential is a plus.

Benefits:

Remote position available for US-based candidates, with preference for Pacific Time Zone availability. Full-time schedule of approximately 40 hours per week. Contract duration of approximately 5.5 months, through January 15, 2027, with potential extension opportunities. Competitive compensation of $40–$45 per hour (W2).
