About the Role

We're looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Executive Leadership Team. In this role, you'll manage day-to-day operations for approximately 8 executives, including scheduling, travel, and expenses, while also providing backup support to the CEO's office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executive support as a long-term career path and takes pride in being a trusted partner to senior leaders. Success in this role requires strong judgment, adaptability, and the ability to confidently manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Plan and execute domestic and international travel end-to-end
• Prepare and track expense reports in partnership with Finance
• Provide backup support for the CEO's office during peak periods
• Support executive meetings, off-sites, and team events
• Draft professional communication (email, Slack) and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Adapt your support style to meet the preferences and working styles of different executives
• Exercise judgment and make recommendations when priorities compete or information is incomplete
• Identify and improve processes to make executive support more efficient

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience in executive or administrative support
• Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands with minimal oversight
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with tools such as Outlook and expense management systems (e.g., Concur)
• Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
• Ability to adapt to different executive working styles and preferences
• Comfort operating in situations where priorities may shift and information may be incomplete
• Flexibility to support occasional urgent travel or executive-related matters outside of standard business hours
• A proactive mindset—you don't wait to be asked
• Interest in building a long-term career within executive support, executive operations, or administration

For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is between MXN $457,200 and MXN $600,000. In addition to base salary, our compensation package may include bonuses, commissions for eligible sales roles, and a comprehensive benefits package. The actual base salary will vary based on factors including individual qualifications and market data, as objectively assessed during the interview process.
