ERP Engineer (remote)

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ERP solutions to meet organizational needs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Customize and configure ERP software to align with business processes and industry best practices. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful deployment of ERP modules. Oversee data migration, integration, and maintenance activities within the ERP system. Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize ERP performance and ensure data accuracy. Stay updated on ERP trends, technologies, and best practices. Develop and maintain documentation related to ERP configurations, customizations, and processes. Work closely with vendors and third-party consultants to ensure the effective functioning of the ERP system.
