What You'll Do

• Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone appointments.
• Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
• Learn about life insurance and supplemental health benefits through comprehensive training.
• Educate clients on available coverage options in a clear, professional manner.
• Help members complete applications and enrollment paperwork.
• Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance requirements.
• Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
