What You'll Do:

• Create & Optimize Campaigns: Design and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo and HubSpot that wow our clients.
• Build Automation Workflows: Set up triggers, filters, and conditions for seamless automation like welcome series, abandoned carts, and re-engagement campaigns.
• Track Performance: Monitor key metrics (open rates, click rates, conversions), conduct A/B testing, and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Bring fresh ideas to help our clients achieve their marketing goals.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of email marketing experience with a focus on Klaviyo and HubSpot.
• Expertise in segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Adobe Photoshop for tweaking designs.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices and compliance (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
• Exceptional communication and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• E-commerce and service-based industry experience.
• Knowledge of SMS marketing.
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and collaborative tools.
