Electrical design engineer

• Develop and maintain detailed electrical BIM/VDC models using Revit and related software.

• Design electrical room layouts, equipment arrangements, cable tray systems, and underground conduit routing.

• Produce accurate electrical shop drawings, coordination drawings, and construction documentation.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural stakeholders.

• Conduct clash detection and model coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts.

• Ensure project models comply with client standards, industry best practices, and project requirements.

• Support project teams with constructability reviews and design optimization recommendations.

• Collaborate with engineering and field teams to ensure efficient project execution.

• Participate in coordination meetings with client and project stakeholders during US working hours.

• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design, drafting, installation, or BIM/VDC project execution.

• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or related design software.

• Strong knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems.

• Understanding of BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination processes.

• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
