As a Director of Technical Product Management, You will be responsible to lead and direct a team of software engineers in building requirements and transforming those into solutions that drive business outcomes. This role will be accountable for all aspects (planning, forecasting, production) of the end-to-end lifecycle of a product. Impacts the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. This collaborative role directly faces our business partners and implementation team and the person in this role will develop a strong connection to our business outcomes.

Pre-emptively sees downstream consequences and effectively tailors influencing strategy to support a positive outcome. Able to verbalize what is behind decisions and downstream implications. Continuously reflecting on success and failures to improve performance and decision-making.
The base pay range for this position is $152,000 - $205,000 annually. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
