In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of recruiting professionals who discover, engage, and land the exceptional talent required to safeguard over 30,000 drivers every single day. Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, you will lead with a tech-forward, human-first philosophy —leveraging advanced recruitment tech and analytics to eliminate friction, while obsessing over candidate experience, inclusion, and team growth.
Massachusetts: Ability to collaborate hybrid-style, including working at least 1x per week at our Medford, MA headquarters to stay organically connected to our team and culture.

The base salary range presented represents the anticipated low and high end salary range for new hires in this position. Your final base salary will be determined based on factors such as work location, experience, job related skills, and relevant training and education. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package provided by Agero to employees. National Pay Range $150,000 - $170,000 USD.
