  • Partner with engineering, architecture, security, and operations teams to ensure effective delivery of scalable platform capabilities.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators related to platform adoption, customer satisfaction, engineering productivity, and portfolio health.
  • Establish product management practices including lifecycle management, backlog governance, planning cadences, and operating models.
  • Support the development of product ownership structures, squad models, and long-term governance frameworks.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in technology product management, platform strategy, and enterprise transformation. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and prioritization skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and guide complex technology initiatives.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, technology strategy, portfolio management, or related disciplines.
  • Proven experience developing technology roadmaps, managing backlogs, and driving product outcomes.
  • Experience working with enterprise infrastructure, cloud platforms, internal technology products, or engineering organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, product management frameworks, and demand-driven delivery models.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior technology leaders and align cross-functional teams.
  • Experience collaborating with engineering, operations, security, and architecture stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, decision-making, and prioritization capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences.
  • Experience implementing product-led operating models, platform engineering approaches, or scaling product management functions is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, infrastructure services, and software delivery pipelines is a plus.
