Come Build, Optimize, and Scale What Drives Growth
Are you a data-driven performance marketing leader who thrives on accountability and results? Join Homeaglow as our Head of Paid Acquisition and take ownership of the engine that fuels our growth. In this role, you’ll set strategy, manage significant media investments, and lead a high-performing team responsible for customer and supply acquisition across a dynamic, two-sided marketplace. You’ll partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and Creative to optimize every stage of the funnel—from first impression through completed booking—while continuously improving measurement, automation, and efficiency.
Own Performance, Optimize Investment, and Lead Scalable Growth. Reporting to senior leadership, the Head of Paid Acquisition will own the strategy, execution, and performance of all paid channels. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring both strategic oversight and active involvement in execution.
Define and execute paid acquisition strategy across search, social, affiliate, app install, programmatic, CTV, direct mail, and emerging channels. Evaluate channel performance holistically, optimizing how channels work together across the customer journey. Own acquisition across both sides of the marketplace, tailoring strategies to distinct audience dynamics. Continuously assess what to scale, test, or pause based on performance and incrementality.
Partner with Analytics to strengthen measurement infrastructure, including attribution models and incrementality testing. Ensure investment decisions are grounded in true channel contribution, not platform-reported metrics alone. Develop and maintain CAC and LTV models that reflect changing marginal costs at scale.
Manage the full paid acquisition budget, including allocation, pacing, and real-time optimization. Establish daily, weekly, and monthly performance rhythms tied to acquisition volume, CAC, and customer value. Proactively reallocate spend based on performance signals—without waiting for scheduled reviews. Build and maintain accurate forecasts that leadership can rely on for planning.
Identify and implement automation across bidding, budgeting, creative production, QA, and reporting. Stay current on platform innovations and rapidly test new capabilities. Balance automation with human judgment to maximize both efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner with Creative to run structured, high-volume testing programs with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes. Scale creative output while maintaining rigor and quality. Ensure insights from performance creative inform broader brand, product, and content strategies.
Hire, mentor, and develop a team of channel specialists and analysts. Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Manage agency partners where needed, ensuring accountability and internal knowledge retention.
